Day 01: Cochin to Munnar
On arrival at Cochin Airport/Railway Station, you will be greeted by one of our Travel Executives and transferred to your hotel in Munnar. Depending on your arrival you’ll then visit a tea museum. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 02: Munnar Sightseeing
After breakfast you’ll be driven to Eravikulam National Park, then a Rose Garden followed by, Tea Plantation, Eco Point, Photo Point and the MattupattiDam. Overnight stay at the same hotel in Munnar.
Day 03: Munnar to Thekkady / Periyar
After breakfast, you’ll be driven to Thekkady and check-in at your hotel. In the afternoon we’ll take you to visit Periyar Wild Life Sanctuary where you could see wild elephants, wild boar, deer, the great Indian tiger and other animals and birds. Overnight stay at your hotel in Thekkady.
Day 04: Thekkady Sight Seeing
Following breakfast, you’ll visit a guided spice plantation tour and an Elephant Camp. You will then be given the choice to either watch (a) martial arts demonstration (b). A major Indian classical dance, called Kathakali (c). A Jeep vehicle safari (d). A walk through the natural bushes (e). Or have an Ayurveda massage. Overnight stay at Thekkady.
Day 05: Thekkady to Alleppey Houseboat
This morning you will be transferred to a Houseboat at Alleppey to enjoy a breathtaking cruise of the palm-fringed backwaters of Kerala on board a private air-conditioned Kettuvallam, which is a traditionally thatched houseboat.
Your overnight stay will include, tea, various assorted snacks, mineral water, soft drinks, lunch and dinner. The following morning you will be served breakfast.
Honeymoon flowered decoration and candle light dinner could be arranged on the houseboat if requested, this should be done well in advance.
Day 06: Alleppey to Cochin
After breakfast you’ll be driven on a sightseeing tour of Cochin where you will visit Fort Cochin, St. Francis church, Chinese fishing net, Santa clause Basilica, Mattancherry Palace and a Jewish synagogue.
Following this, you will then be transferred to Cochin Airport/Railway station for your onward journey.
