Visit to Temples of South India Holy Land
Day 01: Chennai – Kanchipuram – Tirupathi
Arrival Chennai and proceed to Tirupathi enroute visit to the important temples at Kanchipuram including visit Ekambareswarar Temple (one of the five elements temple / this temple represents the EARTH , after the visit proceed to Tirupathi. On arrival visit and pooja at the Balaji temple. Stay at Tirupathi.
Day 02: Tirupthai – Kalahasti – Vellore – Tiruvannamali
Morning visit and pooja at Kalahasti (one of the five elements temple – this temples represents the Air, later drive to Tiruvannamalai enroute visit to the famous Golden temple at Vellore. Evening visit to Arunachaleshwar temple (one of the five elements temple and this temple represents the FIRE) / stay at Tiruvannamali.
Day 03: Tiruvannamalai – Irumbai Shiva Temple – Pondicherry
Moring go for Girivalam – walking around the holy montain of Tiruvannmalai temple, late proceed to Pondicherry enroute visit to the famous Irumbai shiva temple. Evening visit to the Aurobinod ashram and Manakula Vinayar temple. Stay at Pondichery.
Day 04: Pondicherry – Chidambaram – Vaitheeswaran Naadis astrology – Kumbakonam
Drive to Kumbakonam enroute visit to the famous and powerful chidambaram temple (one of the five elements temple and this temple represents the SKY) later visit to Vaitheeswaran temple later proceed to Kumbakonam. Evening visit to Swamimalai temple (one of six abodes of lord murugan temple)
Day 05: Kumbakonam – Chola Dynasty
Kumbakonam – a land of temples – morning visit to white Ganesh temple (Swetha Vinayagar Temple)and later visit sarngabani temple, Uppliappan temple and visit to Kumbeshwarar temple. Stay at Kumbakonam.
Day 06: Kumbakonam – Tanjore – Trichy
Proceed to Trichy enroute visit to Tanjore big temple and art gallary later proceed to Trichy. On arrival visit to Srirangam temple and visit and pooja at Tiruvanaikoil (one of the five elements temple – this temple represents the WATER) / stay at Trichy.
Day 07: Trichy – Pillayarpatti – Rameshwaram
Drive to Rameshwaram enroute visit the powerful Ganesh temple at Pillyarpatti later proceed to Rameshwaram. Stay at Rameshwaram.
Day 08: Rameshwaram – Madurai
Morning darshan at the Ramanathaswamy temple and later proceed to Madurai. Evening visit to Meenakshi Amman temple and Tiruparakundram temple (one of the six abodes of Lord Murugan) / stay at Madurai.
Day 09: Madurai – Trichendur – Kanyakumari
Drive to Kanyakumari enroute visit to Trichendur (one of the six abodes of Lord Murugan) later proceed to Kanyakumari. On arrival visit Gandhi memorial & go by ferry to visit Vivekanda rock. Stay at Kanyakumari.
Day 10: Kanyakumari – Suchindram – Kovalam
Drive to Kovalam (famous beaches of Kearla) enroute visit Suchindram tempel. On arrival at Kovalam check in at the beach resort and relax. Stay at Kovalam.
Day 11: Kovalam
Morning visit to Padmanthaswamy temple and rest of the day relax at the beach resort and also optional to go for Ayruvedic massage. Stay at Kovalam.
Day 12: Departure from Trivandrum
Today you will be transferred to Trivandrum airport to board your flight back home with the good memories and blessings.
